PLANNING THE CONSTRUCTION

During the planning stage of your home renovation or new custom home build, we take all the design and put them into practical plans. We will be working with our expert engineers, if needed, excellent draftsmen and get all the information on the desired materials together. It is crucial to get this stage right and to prepare for the highest safety and material standards. We will also be putting together the costing of your project and making sure that you will receive the highest value for money.

This stage is incredibly important for you to know what is coming in the months ahead. We will guide you so that you are certain to be getting all the needed residential permits from Wollongong council. We will also be making sure that, if approval by Wollongong council or the city certifiers is needed, the final work drawings are completed. These technical drawings are the backbone of having your home renovation go smoothly and stress-free.
